Clutch Throwout bearing

I have a 1927 Essex Super Six, with a 1925 Engine. (the original rusted through).

The clutch throwout bearing is shot. ie very worn and bearings non existant. I need to replace the bearing but there is a shoulder stopping it come off. I'm not sure if it unscrews for how to remove. Any suggestions ???
