Disc brake conversion for 1947 Super Six coupe

Hi, Does anybody make a bolt-on disc brake conversion for a 1947 Super Six coupe? Anybody have any experience or recommendations regarding any conversion to front or rear disc brakes for this model?

    Thank you for the responses. I no longer need info about converting to disc brakes. We decided to upgrade to Hornet brakes rather than convert. Chuck
