HET International in Grande Ronde - What are people doing in the off days?

I've been to a couple of HET International meets, and I remember doing driving events pretty much every day. This year, there seems to only be one - the cruise to Evergreen Aviation, which is totally worth it. But there is nothing scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday. Anyone planning on going to the coast or wineries or something? I can't make the whole week, so I got to make plans.
