1929 Essex hub 5 bolt upgrade

Does anyone know what hubs would fit a 1929 Essex that will give a 5 bolt pattern? Can use 5 on 4.5" or 5 on 4 3/4" Prefer the Chevy pattern. Just looking for something for the front to go with the S10 rearend. Or spindles that will fit the front axle that will take a common hub and brakes.

29 Essex did use 6 bolts on 6-inch circle for wire wheels, similar to Chevy at that time.

perhaps a wheel adapter could be found or made.

Or remove wood spokes, machine a metal spacer,

tap holes to fit your needs.

Thanks for the reply. My Essex uses an 8 on 5.5" pattern for the wood spoke wheels. Even when the spokes are removed there won't be enough material on the hub to support a 5 bolt pattern , and one of the original bolts always gets in the way. To get a metal spacer on, the front part of the hub would need to be machined off and I don't trust the brake drums if bolts were put into just that. Was hoping I could find common hubs or rotors that could be made to work with the original spindles.
