Hudson Jet Clutch Pilot Tool

Can anyone recommend a part number for a clutch alignment tool for a jet? I need to purchase the tool for my jet and see they are different spline count than the stepdown wet clutch.

Thanks,

Rich

Either use a spare spline shaft, or machine a tool out of steel to the dimensions of the input shaft, that fits through the clutch plate and into the bushing in the flywheel.

Ratlee I would be happy to make you that tool - aluminum would work unless you plan to do 50 of them. I do need dimensions. I think just a round shaft into the splines and smaller diameter for flywheel bushing. Just pay for material and shipping. Not familiar with Jet. Gert

    Gert,

Thanks for the offer. Good point on the tool not needing to be splined where it goes through the clutch disc. I will be pulling the drivetrain next month and I will get the measurements.

Someone here likely has those dimensions and can provide them - Gert (retired machinist)

Wildricks sells them. Part number PN200. $10

I believe pn200 only fits the 6 spline wet clutch discs, not the 10 spline 1 inch input on the jet.
