? to remove hub cap, wire-spoked wheel
Yesterday we popped on a K-Gap hub cap on my new chromed, wire-spoked Chrysler wheels and attempted to remove (by hand); no such luck! So, we decided to get some expert opines herein from you nice, informative folks prior to proceeding to remove the hubcap properly.
Thanks,
John

I'm not familiar with the "K-Gap hubcap." I do have a set of Chrysler wires on my 55 DeSoto convertible. The hubcaps are easily removed (or stolen) by grabbing the spinners and pulling. I bought repro hubcaps from Coker. They are OK and cheaper than re-chrome but I did have to redo the rivets that retained the spring clips to the hub caps.
Good Luck
