Maybe you mean .35k. I like the custom air filter, a women's nylon atop a Folger's coffee can. IMHO, the car is just another boat anchor.0

Actually might be decent..
prices are going up...
Funny, after reading the auction on this one, it made me think of something...
One time, hudsondad told me that you should save a set of seats for harder to find stuff like a 2 door, because you migth find one someday, that was missing the seats, or something. I thought it was dumb, but I was just a smart a$$ kid at the time (yeah, I know, what you guys are saying ) and now it seems that a lot of these coupes coming around on the Bay, seem to be missing the front seats...
not sure if we ever saved any...0 -
I wonder how those upper side trim pieces would look on my Coupe with the smoothed rockers. I like the way they slope down to the rear of the rear fender. With a shaved body they might not look bad. (hijacking thread! sorry)0

Ya, prices are going up...for restoration services. So start with a good car.
YOU were a smart A$$ kid?
Isn't it funny that as you get older, hudsondad gets smarter?0 -
well, I don't know about that...0

An old Chinese proverb say, "If a hudsonkid want to stay in will, he must honor (or was it humor?) his hudsondad."0 -
Even in this condition, there are little styling details on the '50s that make them one of my favorite years. (The grille triangle, side trim with pork chop and the broad chrome molding on the trunk). I'm pretty sure that this one is painted "Rivard Blue", which is a great looking mid-range blue. It was a particularly beautiful car when it was new, but in it's present state it would be a very, very ambitious restoration. Also, I'm fairly certain that I see an overdrive knob peeking out from behind the steering wheel. That's something of value if the car goes cheap enough.0
