Rear stabilizer bar

I would like to replace the bushings on the rear stabilizer bar on my 53 Hornet. The instructions in the manual for removing it are confusing. For the axle end, it mentions an "inside nut". When I look at the picture, I can't figure out where the inside nut is. The instructions for the frame end are even worse. They mention differant "cushions" and "bars" but it isn't clear what they are referring to. Can someone who has done this help me understand the procedure?

Ed,
I've done it and it's very simple. Just look at what your doing and use common sense. It really is an easy task. BTW, I think K-gap and Metro both sell the bushings.0 -
When you get ready to reconnect the bar, if it seems too short to let you put the bolt in it (RH end) or slip the bushing over the bolt (LH, axle end), put a jack under the left spring and lift it a little. As it lifts, it'll move the axle pin toward the "frame end" enough to allow easy assembly.0

When I do mine I am going to try and find something close in urethane. I did that to the front and now I am ready to try a bigger bar. Just have to figure out what is close from another vehicle and give it a try. Anyone tried this yet?0
