    It seems too busy to me, slows me down a little, but what I really can't stand, is that everything I want sells for too much money!

    I also agree that it is too confusing and is difficult to use (and I gave them an earful about it, too!). Thankfully the old format is still available to those of us who are more comfortable with it. -Tom-

    ebay - eschmay...I barely browse ebay more than once a month any more...tired of the fees and scammers...

    And Who really liked their old interface anyway?

    I liken the choice to our ususal voting for the President...picking the lesser of 2 idiots :p (whoops the Internet Police might get me...)

    I never liked the old one and ebay has never maintained a similar interface across products categories (ebay motors was always different then general listings...) - which, as a programmer, really irks me!

    I could go on and on...but the wasted space at the top of the page and all the BS advertising detracts from what they are charging millions of dollars to do - use the site!

    It's still okay for a flea-market type of thing, and that's how I use it--to sell a buncha crap I don't need and will never miss. Although I do pick up some stuff off the eBay stores once in a while. Got a bunch of stickers for my new tool box at work-- every tool box has gotta have Lady Luck and Rat Fink on it-- and I picked up a nice Oldsmobile T-shirt, gray, with the '60's-style chrome lettering and rocket logo. All fairly reasonably, too.



    The new format, if you choose to use it, has a feedback page; fill it out. I did, and got some help and pointers. There are a few minor advantages, namely a greater choice of fonts and sizes for your description. Overall, though, I also still prefer the old format and as long as they keep it available, I will continue to use it.

    We've sold a lot of items on eBay using Auctiva to create the ad. It's free, the photo posting is simple, and you can put several photos in your ad without extra charge from eBay. I have hundreds of photos stored on their server, and they've never told me I have reached maximum. They have a "preview" and error check, too. I also like the fact that you can create as many ads as you like in memory and schedule them to post when you want them to. This lets you time the closings so you can be available to send out invoices (I always send invoices to buyers right away.) All your ads are stored on their server...you can go back an relist an item weeks later with all the data still intact. :cool:
