Hi all,

As some already know I'm moving out of Maine and re-locating myself to Memphis, TN. Had enough of these Maine winters, getting older so figure my oldest daughter down there should put up with me for a while and herself and I havn't been getting along for years. I know that's more than you all needed to know - but it do scotch the rumors.

I will be on-line until the 27th of March, at least, we are closing on this house the 3rd of April, so hopefully I'll be on the road sometime that day. I figure I'll be back on line, annoying everybody, if only on my daughters computer, around the 6th of April.

I will be keeping my email addresses (one of the bennies of using Yahoo, like other worldwide email servers) as follows:

hudsontech09@yahoo.com - for Hudson related business;

hester_nec@yahoo.com - for general business (and for those of you who wonder hester_nec stands for hudson essex terraplane _ new england chapter!!! Scotch another decades long rumor.

My snail mail address will be, until I get my own place:

Alex Burr

c/o K. C. Tate

968 Joel Avenue

Memphis, TN 38127

Y'all take care - hear.

Hudsonly,

Alex Burr

Alex, best of luck with your move and I hope everything goes smoothly. It will be a pleasure to be "annoyed" by you when you're back on line. Meanwhile, thanks for all you've done for Hudsoning in recent years, in the way of searching out obscure technical and historical information and transferring it to CD's!
  • Your a great person Alex and I am sure you will like where you are going out of the freezer into nicer weather. I will be at the Nationals in Auburn and hope to meet you there. If I can make it there from Southern Calif. you can from Tennesee. Have a great trip and take care, Ron
  • Alex. T he MidSouth Chapter will be looking for you at our meet in Crump, TN. April 14. Take care on your trip south. Billy K.

Hey Billy...Maybe you folks in Tennessee could get a Hudson project car that Alex could work on those nice summer days and nights. He could strip paint and grease to get it ready for driving around town. He needs a project for his daughters sake :) Ron

Looks like, at the moment, we will lose our internet connection sometime tomorrow - so before I run out of time I want to thank everyone for their well wishes, especially those from the Mid-South Chapter. As a very nice lady in Vermont, Carmen LaFlamme said to me "you always have your Hudson family". And family it is.

See y'all in Tennessee in a couple weeks.

    Hudsonly,

    Alex Burr
