Karvisor Kolor
I have a 53 Hornet that I am going to put a Karvisor on. The Body is Toro Red and the roof is Black. The Interior is Green.
I am going to Paint the top of the Visor black. Is there a certin color that the under side of the visor needs to be.
Thank you for your input

I agree with Dave S. Go to my website and you will find pictures of a NOS kit that shows the color. The underide of mine is zinc chromate and the top dark green paint.
Good Luck... super nice looking car you have!0 -
Ken,
I saw the photo of the Visor on your website, Thats the color of the visor I have now. But the top is a dark green. I see you painted your visor dark green on a light green car.
Were these visors a factory option, or would they be installed by the dealer?
It seems like its just up to personal preferance on the color. In the photos I have found on the net, some match the body, and some match the roof.
Thanks for your replys0 -
The visor was installed by the dealer or the owner could purchase and install. The color of the visor was a owner decison. I have seen them match and contrast. Good Luck0

I installed several Fulton visors in the late 40s early 50s. They came out of the box with the green primer. Painted the top as owner wished. Left the onderside the glareproof green.0
