Hudsons are getting recognized
We are renting our house out and are taking applications, one woman came by yesterday and brought her husband back to look at it this morning. The last thing my wife showed them was the garage, as soon as she opened the door the husband said "its a Hudson Hornet, like from the movie Cars!!" My wife said "its a Hudson but its a '46 Super Six". Then she noticed their 5 year old son playing with a Doc Hudson toy car on the floor. Too bad I was not there.
Well they got the exact car wrong but its nice to see someone recognize a Hudson. Most people out here ask what kind of car it is and then say they have never heard of a Hudson and they must not have been in business very long. Of course I give them the history. Needless to say these folks are our new tenants. They must be great folks, after all they know what a Hudson is.
