The story below from huddy42 in a previous thread.:) I have seen and driven this car when I took this photo about 3 year ago when it was on it's debut run. The 38 drove very tight and not only that, it attracts far more attention at shows and runs more than other restored Hudson's in the club. http://groups.msn.com/HudsonEssexTerraplaneBulletinBoard/aussiehudsons.msnw?action=ShowPhoto&PhotoID=4046

Steve, that is just the way we found Tony's 1938 Terra that had been in dry storage for over 25 years only came to light when the old guy died, the house sold and the garage was opened, the house had been rented for at least 25 years that we know of, and that car was only approx 6 or 7 mile from the heart of Sydney. The car was on blocks, key in ignition, crank handle in place and the locking fuel cap still on the car, we dropped the car down pumped the tyres up and hauled her out into daylight, tyres held air for quite some time until Tony purchased new tyres and tubes.
