1955 or 1956 308 engine wanted...

Guys,

I am looking for a few 1955 or 1956 Hornet 308 engines for backups for

the PaceMaker drag car and for a project in the works.

I live in Indiana and would like to locate a few of these in the states boarding

Indiana. I would go further to pick these up but my tow vehicle is a gas hog

and I don't think they would fit in the back of the Forester!

I perfer to use the 55-56 block for the minor refinements that these have over

the earlier versions like the 1/2" head bolt holes, one piece rear main seal

and the bigger flywheel bolt holes.

Well I am actually looking for just core engines to build. Since they will be used for racing I really do not one thats had any machine work done to it yet.
