Is there anyone in the greater Los Angeles/ San Fernando valley area that can recommend a good mechanic that can work on flat engines.



This request is for a good friend of mine who lives there and has a 1940 Packard 120..



He has had absolutely NO luck going the LA Packard club in Santa Anna...can't even locate a phone number for them.
