31 Essex Rubber

While I'm at it, can anyone recommend a source to replace nearly all the rubber on the car. I realize this sounds assinine, but I'm most interested in the window seals for the roll up windows (interior and exterior in the doors) and the seal around the main pop-out windscreen. All my rubber is as hard as rock and nearly gone.



Took my first spin today ... baby steps in the old girl, but we managed to go down the road. Running a Carter carburetor in the 31 Essex, which I'm told isn't correct and I have a electric fuel pump. Still, she fired and sounded off a melodious Chug, Chug, Chug reminding me of a old steam ship.



The car's fairly intact ... just tired in the rubber and the fuel gauge and the temp gauge don't appear to work (strangely the apparatus for both are all their but the needles appear gone).



Sorry to blabber on ... after years of restoring old MGTDs and TCs, this old girl is a refreshing change.
