Grille restoration

Have a 36 H and the grille is in need of restoration. Has pits. Anyone have a recommendation on who does this work in the midwest? Or can I fill the pits myself with the Eastwood kit?

Assuming it is chrome plated you would probably want to go to a good chrome plater to do this. However, 'just any' chrome plater can't work with pot metal so you would do well to ask people in your area about who is good at that. If you're in a local Hudson chapter, or a local AACA region, that would be a good place to start. Or you could post your location here, and maybe someone from your area can tell you of a local plater who did especially well with his parts.
  • I have had great success with Frank DeGuire of Triangle plating. He is an older guy that has been doing this a long time. He is in St. Louis. You can see some of my potmetal hudson parts he did on his website. Before and After.
