Auto trans to Hudson Eight
Seems like I heard or read somewhere before where someone has adapted a late model GM automatic transmission to Hudson engines. I am beginning to study the 700R4 to my straight eight feasibility. Any existing experience out there? Any thoughts? Any contact info? Any body want to fund my project? Ok, just kiddin on that last one-unless I have a taker?

Before you run off and order one. Your 42 8 block is diff. than the 48 8 up wide block in the back. Not much but it is.0

wilcap asked me questions as to the year and all ... he actually has both the early blocks and late blocks .0 -
I have a flywheel for the 308/262/232 that is machined and ready for the torque 700-R4 convertor; FOR SALE.
I do not know if the crankshaft bolt pattern (flywheel) is the same for the 8 cyl
