Carter Carb parts

Hi all,

Working on my Carter carb, WGD 776S, I have found that I am missing the Choke Trip Lever Assembly that the idle link connects to from inside the choke control, under the Climatic Control cover. Where can I get this missing part?

I'm not sure, but isn't that piece permanantly "pressed" onto the rod that the butterfly screws to? Does it also have a little plunger and spring attached to it?

If you PM me your address I can send you that whole part for free. The only thing you would have to do is drill out the brass screw that holds the butterfly, since it broke off trying to remove it.

Hi Don,

Thanks but it's another link. Attached are a couple (bad) pictures of what I'm looking for. The assembly looks like it fits and pivots in the hole in the choke assembly and the arm from the part your talking about is held in place in the assembly that i am looking for. I hope this helps.
