"Hi folks, Deanna Lathrop from the Orange Blossom Chapter called and asked me to convey this message:
Elma fell and broke her hip. She had surgery today and it went well. She is in the hospital. Roy said she made the comment, " Oh darn, now I won't be able to go to the National Meet!"
I'm sure she would love to get cards from all of us. She's quite a lady! Carmen"
