1951 coupe stainless trim

i am in need of the stainless trim on the passenger door . this one is the one half way up on the door .

Give Ken Amman in MI a try. He's in the WTN, or send me a PM and I'll give you his phone no. I was able to get NOS eyebrow trim from him for my sedan. Trim you mention is also revferred to as "bumper." Believe the '50's had the same. He also has some retainer strip. Good Luck! Walt-LA

I might need a piece or two for my 50 C-6 4 door.



After finding the nice box O' trim at hudsondad's on Friday, I might as well see what else is available, in case I mess up any on mine taking it off.

Should have some mix and match of upper and lower .I know for sure I have the middle piece for the pork chop NOS, and some for door I am pretty sure.



Regarding the coupe piece. I have looked for 3 + months just to find a NOS middle door piece. Result was there are none left. I came up with a couple of used ones and they are classically dinged and warped. Sent them to "The Finishing Touch" since they were listed in the WTN. Well they want $585 to straighten my 2 pieces and I kindly said no thanks. Well then they wanted a $29 estimate fee plus $6 to put them back in my tube and put tape on them. Then charged my 3x the amount to send it back than what I paid to send it to them.



Should of known when I ask what Hudson(s) he had (since he was in the WTN) and he said oh I am in a dozen clubs...I got the finishing rip off.



But for door trim just get some NOS middle quarter panel stainless and cut the end and bend the tab. It has a slight bow but the retainer straightens it out and nobody can tell the difference. I have about 4 NOS right sided coupe middle quarter panels left if you would like to go that route.
