IS THE CAR A HORNET SPECAL OR A HORNET IF IT'S A HORNET SPECAL IT HAS A 250 AMC V8 IF IT'S A HORNET IT HAS A 352 PACKARD V8 THE EASYEST WAY TO TELL IS LOOK AT THE WATER PUMP IF IT HAS 4 BOLTS IT IS A AMC IF IT HAS 6 BOLTS IT'S THE PACKARD MY THINKING IS IT'S THE AMC I'VE NEVER SEEN A PACKARD V8 WITH A OVERDRIVE

thanks for the information, I am pretty sure the car is Hornet special. Unfortunatly, when the 55,56 and 57's were still readily available I just passed them by. Now I wish that I had thought of the future, hindsight is always better, but to late.

This car is a Y serial number and I was told it was a 352 motor!0
