I FOUND IN ARGENTINEAN, A HUDSON SUPER SIX, MONOPOSTO RACING ARGENTINE CAR. THE OWNER SAYS THAT, THIS HUDSON WINS IN THE 500 MILES DE RAFAELA IN THE YEAR 1926.

DRIVEN BY THE SR "RIGANTI" WHO WAS AN IMPORTANT RACING MEN IN ARGENTINEAN.

THE ENGINE NUMBER IS 150.000. I WANT TO KNOW AT WHAT YEAR BELONGS THIS ENGINE NUMBER.

ARE YOU ABLE TO TELL ME IN THAT WEB PAGE I CAN FIND THE NUMBERS OF ENGINES SERIES DE HUDSON??

SINCERELY. ENRIQUE ZERBINO

In any event it sounds like an interesting car. Thanks for any help anyone can come up with. Someday I'm going to get the engine numbers for the 1920's.

Alex, as I recall, Herbert Bell has some literature which shows VIN and engine numbers for the mid-twenties cars. I recall looking through it when we were trying to confirm whether his '23 was really a '24 (it is). I'll ask a Dixie member who lives near Herb to check it out.
  • BEING A LARGE EVEN NO i AM SURE IT IS A CASTING NO AND NOT THE ENGINE NO. LOOKS LIKE A 40S, SERIES

Thanks Park - it that be the case I'd love to get ahold of a copy of it.

Bill, thank you also - we shall see what develops.
