One of their feature cars this issue is an original 54 Hornet convertible owned by Peter Brown. It received 3 pages in the magazine and the inside cover. Beautiful mostly all original green car with a beige top.

I saw the car at hershey last year, I agree that the car is Pacific Blue Green.

Great coverage! The owner, Peter Brown, is national chairman of the board of directors for AACA, along with several other positions. We just need to have more of the AACA officers buy HET products to get this kind of coverage.

Nice car . I've seen in person twice. This car was in a basement in Long Island for 40 odd yrs. They don't come any better than this one and certianly don't come more original.... I met Peter at a show in Ct earlier in the year with my 53 Hornet ... He's a terriffic guy.....

What was the scoop on the car? The article made it sound like the previous owner had been trying to sell it for a few years? I find that odd since it's a stepdown convertible and it suggests the previous owner was in the HET club. These cars don't linger very long before changing hands.

This car was bought at the Carson And Scudder Hudson Dealership in Huntington Long Island. My Dad use to get his parts there.......

Just got mine yesterday! Took a while!
