PA Dutch Chapter contact info please

I don't see any information for the PA Dutch Chapter of the Hudson Club on the national website. Would anyone know how I get in touch so I can join the local chapter closest to me? I sent my national app in a little while ago, but trying to get involved quickly.

BTW - Can I join 2 local chapters or do you prefer members only fly colors for one chapter? I'm close enough to participate in both the Chesapeake ands PA Dutch Chapters functions living in south central PA area.
