I believe I purchased pretty much the same Snap-On steering wheel remover back in April for around $41.00 (admittedly, I got it at a bargain price as the bidding ended on Easter Sunday when probably fewer people where around to bid on it). The puller kit I have is the "Blue-point CG-60-F" by Snap-On tools Corp., Kenosha, WI. Anyway, my puller and perhaps this one on Ebay can be used on cars going all the way back to 1938 such as Lincoln Zepher, Nash, Bantam, Graham, Ford, etc. For Hudsons it only lists the stepdown years of 1948 to 1950. No cars are listed beyond 1950 indicating probably 1950 is the year this particular universal steering wheel puller came out.
