49 coupe in Riverside

I was picking up a car at Henry's Upholstry in Riverside (CA) on Friday and there was a NICE 49 Hudson coupe there for a complete new upholstry job. The car was a two toned burgandy. The engine looked like it was brand new, you could eat off of it, except you would get the engine dirty. Henry said the guy that brought it in said his father had bought the car new.



Anyone on this board own it, or know its story? Bill A., or Dany, I can't imagine anyone getting this far along on a car this nice without having bought parts from you guys. I would have taken a picture, but as you read in another thread, it was just too hot!
