Macungie, PA is where there is a large mixed make car show, the 42nd Annual Das Awksht Fescht. It is 3 day car show held August 5 to 7 and Hudson is the featured marque, with an anticipated large turnout of HET cars.

Friday is antiques, customs, street rods, motorcycles and trucks displayed,

Saturday is antique cars only, arranged by year of manufacture,

Sunday antique cars return grouped by make or club.

I just think it will be neat to tow in a Hudson convertible with a Hudson truck.

Pickup is not quite ready. I will be driving Mitzi's 52 Hornet CV. We are planning on leaving Thursday morning. Caravan from Pittsburgh will be Ken Schute's 1951 Hornet cv, Wayne Wherle's 54 Hornet Cv, Mike Haney's 51 Hornet cv, Mitzi Sollon's 52 Hornet cv, Paul Schuster's 50 Pacemaker cv, Laurie Schulte's 54 Jet, Joe Proie's 52 Hornet coupe, Rosanna Barnes 52 Hornet sedan. Should be a pretty site, all of us rolling together for 275 miles.
