I need a case of Rainex

Well, the good news is the vacuum line going up into the void looks okay, the bad news is how do I get up into the void to access the wiper motor. I guess the first thing I'll do is hook up the vacuum line and see if something works, if not then I'll need to find a way to the motor but it doesn't appear to be something that will be easy to get to. Has anyone pulled the motor off a 55 Hash? Do you need to get to it from under the dash? Do I really need to drive anywhere if it's raining?
