    Have the manifolds on. You have to start the nuts on the bottom exhaust manifolds first. Took a lot of trial and error. Now to start it up tomorrow in 45 degree weather. Thanks everyone for their encouragement and advice! Now I can help someone else that has butterfingers ! Time for the beer!
