Looks like it is a LeBaron bodied 1928 Hudson Roadster
I found an article that shows a (model table) for the 1929 Hudson model year and it showed that the roadster bodied cars were only made by Briggs(Briggs coachworks). Now, I'm assuming that since Briggs owned the Lebaron name and retained their original designers,(or at least most of them), that they would still be using the LeBaron badge on some cars.I'm getting more and more matches for authenticity as I keep gathering more info.I thank anyone for their help with more info as this is an obscure year Hudson. I'm excited to find this information as it means that this is more than likely the only one of it's kind left on the planet. I believe the Hudson club knows of four existing 28 roadsters (at least in the US). But no one knows of one from LeBaron. If anyone cares I'll keep you posted with my progress. Thanks all, once again Sincerely Phil
