to Bob Ward, next time i'm in your area i will fix it for you. If you are having trouble downsizing your picture, go FREE ONLINE PHOTO RESIZING and then you can BROWSE for your chosen image from your files. It will give you an option on what size you may wish to have. Once you have OK'd the picture, your image will reappear with the new dimensions. If still too big then go back and type in a new size. Once you get what your looking for, right click your mouse and save image. NOTE I did not need to do this as when I saved my Avator picture it didn't say anything about being too big a photo...It just worked for some strange reason.

i do most of my photo cropping and resizing in good old paint, basic program, simple to use, gets it done fast.
