Great picture! I hate the snow but at least in Colo. you have mountains for background. In Iowa we have just snow, and a temp. of 4 degrees. Next to the 37 Terraplane my next favorite Hudson built car is the 1936 Terraplane. I like the narrow looks, suicide doors and the wheels. I like the pre-war Hudsons best. Thanks for the pictures.0

denverslim wrote:You guys sick of seeing pics of my '36 yet? Sorry, but I just can't help myself. Took it out for a spin today, doin' four wheel drifts on the ice, acting and feeling about eighteen again. This car turns me into a kid...
Denverslim, great picture.Beautiful car. Brings back memories of the winters in New England. Richie.0 -

You were alittle off the subject but you are right you guys cannot imagine what it is like having these pres. candidates all over the state. They call you at home on Chritmas Day, Thanksgiving, the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, you name it knocking on your door blocking traffic even in little old Iowa every ad on tv is political maybe 5 ads in a row cannot wait till they are out of here.

Denverslim,
Hey that's no way to treat a pretty little car like that! I demand you park it in my garage for safe keeping:D
Got any more pics of inside, engine, rebuild, etc? Makes these cold winter days here in TN go by much faster.

that reminds me of the late Clay Hannah, who was instrumental in getting me to join HET the first time. One year, our Chapter had the Christmas party at my then-new home. There was plenty of snow on the ground, and here comes Clay in his gorgeous '51 blue coupe, driving up the drive, in the snow, happy as can be...the ONLY member to bring his Hudson that day!0

Denver, SUPER-NICE . The Skirts,seen anymore of them ?
Thanks Rudy0 -
FYI
Joe Gleydura from the Western Reserve Chapter in Hubbard Oh makes an excellent '37 Fender Skirt. So nice that I bought a pair.0 -
A pair is good! I've considered running skirts on my '37 - that sure looks nice!0

Beautiful scene, beautiful car - you should make a Chrimmas card out of that one.
Reminds me of the Model 61 coupe I had - just couldn't get it restored is all. Maybe if there had been an internet in the 1970's and you'd had those pictures all over the place it would have given me the incentive to find the money to restore it.
All that snow reminds me why I'm not unhappy to have moved out of Maine to TN!!!!!!!!!!
