"Hudson" Sunliner

I was just reading an article in the Jan '08 Hemmings Classic Car magazine about a pair of 1954 Ford Crestline Sunliners. I couldn't help but look at the car and think about the convertible Jet and compare the two. And then I had an idea. I wonder if anyone's tried to put a Hudson Jet front end clip on one of these Sunliners? Swap out the rear brake lights and remove Ford signage. Is this an insane idea? Or feasable?

Quite insane!!!!
I think the width is different. I guess with a lot of metal work you could make it happen. I think then, the design would look odd.....0 -
I guess you could use the Jet parts to improve the Sunliner's design.... but it'll still drive like a Ford!!!!!!!LOL0

Oooohhh iiiccckkk. Sarah, please don't make me imagine that again. There are somethings in nature that should never mix, I think I can safely say that the Jet and the Sunliner is one of those things. If you want to do some metal work make the Jet into a roadster or a pickup or a wagon. Even though it sounds cool a Jetliner isn't going to be pretty.
