This is a Hudson Metropolitan , just redid the drivetrain in it, - not a street rod by any means . If ever a car needs up dated to be a driver this one did . it sat in a restoration shop for 20+ yrs and the drive train was pulled and dissappered . thats 30 yr old paint on it .l

  • I put a 1500 Datsun with a 3 spd auto trans in it , added the dual master cylinder power brakes and put the battery in the engine compartment where it belongs ,
  • interior - Dodge Charger parking brake , gas pedal , and brake pedal - -- fun simple little project
  • Now that's a cool little car with some tasteful mods. I bet you laugh as you pass gas stations.

That dog looks like he has "PLANS". Great little car. I had one once upon a time. I like your mods.

That little Datsun motor looks right at home in there. I've always wanted to drop a Honda S2000 motor and 6-speed in a lightened Metro. 9000 RPM burnouts!!!
  • That's a great little car. I always liked the front end treatment on the early Mets.
  • Wow!!! Very cool and the Datsun fits nicely. I had '56 Vert years ago with radiused wheel wells and wide tires. Those things are a blast to drive for sure!
