Another supercharged Hudson

While doing a Hudson search found the following site http://www.fastandfuriousperformance.com/index.php?entry=entry080125-113539 with pictures of an in progress add-on of PAXTON supercharger, Vintage Aire system and altenator. Reading the text it shows the shop is doing all the fabrications. Note the serpentine belt system in use.

This almost makes me want to do a Twin-Turbo-Set -Up on the Hot 308 .

this belt drive setup will be a lot easier to make clear the lower radiator hose arangement on the big six hudson. I thing this is the cleanest set-up yet on the front of the engine I have seen. the longer wheelbase hudsons appear to have more front engine to radiator room than my short wheelbase Pacemaker has. there would be no way I could get away with that much pulley on mine and still have the radiator between there and the grille.

bet it will run great with that gear drive blower!

How much boost is he shooting for?

Oh, you better make some solid motor mounts or install some type of hold down straps to keep that kicking 308 under the hood! it may try to jump out of there with the stock mounts.
