Hash door question

Here I am with another question. I'm changing the front vent regulator on the Hash and I need to take off the door handle and the window crank handle. It appears they just have pins holding them in place but it could be there are set screws that someone mangled the heads on. Are those just pins that drive out or are they screws?

just a tension pin Harry, use a nail or such to pop it out with a light hamer tap. DON"T LOOSE THE LITTLE BOOGER !! But if you do the hdwr store has them. Bud

Thanks Bub, they look like broken off nails from this end but I didn't want to start punching out anything that was threaded.
