I was just perusing the forum and came across this and almost fell off my chair. I may have to do this in two posts depending on the webguy, but Bill A
will be inerested in this. This is my car. Pic dates are 6/14/06. It took me that long to find it. Delivery was 1/5/2007 The somewhat updated version of the car will be in the next post. Sorry bout that. Takes me sometime to get pics off of photobucket so these guys will accept them. That way I will get
your attention. Where are all the 54"s?

Yep, I like that. It looks like you got a keeper there. Now that I've got the springs and shocks changed out on the Hash it has become a pretty nice cruiser but I'm still looking forward to getting a stepdown. I could see your car at our cruise night getting tons of attention. The people in this area are starving for something other than the GM/ Fords that make up 99% of the cars at the shows.

thanks Rambo. Howed you do that?0

thanx Harry. It's been a blast. Highs and lows, but this past weekend was the final mechanical things we had to do, and that was drain and clean out and refill the diff. Also a new pinion seal. I mean to tell ya
that old oil was jello. And I mean that literally. Probably last changed in
1974. She's ready to rock & roll.0 -
I gave my little brother a 64 Dodge Dart once and about 5 years later he asked me when he should change the oil. It looked like tar when he drained it and I made him flush the engine with kerosene and drain out all the sludge but that slant six never missed a beat and the body died a long time before that engine was finished. I bet that Hornet engine has another 100,000 miles in it, jello oil or not. Let me know how your first trip goes. Mine seems to get better every time I fix another project. Next to radials, I may not have WWW tires in the beginning but they'll come later, safety first.

On your photobucket page below the pictures they show different links that you can cut-n-paste.
If you choose the Direct Link - it highlights the text displayed and then you can copy that to your clipboard (ctrl-c)
Then if you go to the advanced posting interface here on the forum you just click on the icon that looks like a couple of mountains (when you mouseover it says "Insert Image" and paste the link into the dialog prompt that pops up.0
