Essex wheels 4 sale

From my email box: 4 Essex wheels They have white oak spokes and are in fair shape. There are 2 steers and 2 drives. The backs are what appear to be drums for brakes. Only one has the outer bolt on tire ring. Their is 12 spokes on each. The measurement are 20 1/2 in by 2 3/4 without outer ring 22 1/4 in by 3 15/16 with. I don't think they are Essex wheels because Essex wheels had 10 spokes, at least in the years when they had both four-wheel brakes and wooden spokes. It's hard to judge from the picture but my guess would be 1928 Chev.
