Ignition parts

I want a spart rotor and distributor cap for my 1946 Commodore 8-cylinder and have been told that NAPA may carry them.

Does anyone have the current part numbers to save me some time and frustration?

NAPA just called me to tell me the cap and rotor have been discontinued but they still carry the points and rotor. I just installed a Pertronix Ignitor so I sure don't need those parts.

If NAPA shows the cap and rotor as having been discontinued, then does that suggest the other major parts houses will have discontinued them as well?

Thanks for you help.
