I just picked up a 48 C6 sedan but I'm reluctant to part it out because its original, complete, pretty darn solid and it runs good. I thought maybe somebody in the rustbelt might want to trade a stepdown with terminal rust for this one.I bought it for the drive train ( has complete drivemaster with OD) , stainless and glass. It does have a little rust in the rockers and above the skirts but the rest of the frame, kickups, floors, trunk are good, even behind the rear bumper. The interior is baked, the original black paint is giving way to surface rust, (last on the road in 92 and been in the elements since) The parts are worth more to me than I could in good conscience ask for the whole car but maybe some one out there has a proposal that would save this car and I could still get the parts I need.
