1957 Hornet Shocks

Greetings from Colorado!



Starting to look for replacement shocks for the '57 Hornet Custom 4dr sedan. Not having much luck finding shocks listed under 1957 Hudson Hornet and wondering if shocks listed for the 1957 Nash Ambassador built on the same AMC 327 platform would be the same?



I do plan to tow my teardrop trailer with the "57, so the idea of the load adjusting shocks sit well with me.

The 1957 Nash Ambassador shocks, and 1957 Hudson Hornet shocks are the same.

I'll find the numbers for you, the shocks Monroe lists fit the front, not the back, I just replaced the shocks on my 55 Hornet so I know of what I speak. I don't think I saved the boxes but I can look on the new shocks for the numbers.
