need 4 inch horn button

OK guys,I need a 4 inch or maybe just slightly under horn button that mounts the same as 51 Pacemaker and a bunch more. It's the twist lock type that has the little round disk spring under it . Putting it in a 38 banjo steering wheel. Bud
