1938 Terraplane

Can anyone tell me what a fair price for a 1938 2 door terraplane is. I found one that is complete, but a little rough. The interior is in bad shape but all is there. The car does run and drive. Just like anything else, it is only worth what someone is willing to pay. Just looking for a rough idea.

I bought two '37 Coupes at different times during the past 6 - 7 yrs and paid over $2000 each, neither could be driven, and both needed complete restoration.....
