hollywood back glass installation

Hi Guys,
My parents have a 52 Hollywood wWasp and iIwas wondering if any of you that have any expierance with reinstalling the three piece back glass could give me any advice on this issue.
They have reinstalled it one before by having the 3 people trying to hold the panes and weather seal together and wrestling the whole mess in place.
They will have to do this again to replace the headliner and was wondering if there is an easier way? Hudsonly,Lisa Griffith

The best way is to have the glass shop come over and do it. Those guys know what they are doing and it saves you the hassle and chance of damaging something.0
