My Hornet is in worse shape than that. Depends on your ambition and time? Good luck0

The main concerns are the 'frame rails" themselves - from these picutures the rail sections under the rockers looks pretty weak - probably take a full replacement on both sides these sections - not counting needing the rocker panels to boot!
What you really want to do is get at the rear perimeter frame rails and floor/trunk pans - if the car is rotted out in all or most of these areasI'd cut your losses and get a solid tub to put your new/rebuilt parts on.0 -

As Dan says, the Hudson is a Unibody vehicle whose body strength depends on the integrity of all the sheet metal which is welded together to form that body. Your frame pieces are, without any further close examination, in need of total replacement on the side shown in your pictures. The type of deterioration shown will not be limited to one side.
If you are taking free advice from someone who has found the same type of deterioration... take Bill Albrights offer of a complete rust free body. Get transport arranged and go get that 500 dollar car. You CANNOT repair the kind of damage you have for 500 dollars. I suspect it will cost several thousands of dollars to cut out and repair what is seen. Even with the cost of fuel buying and transporting the rust free body should be less costly. Then you will be able to transfer the updated components you have to the rust free body and the results will be something you will be proud to own. More important, the vehicle will be safe to drive.
My two cents... but 2cents with a thought towards you having a decent result from all the effort you are willing to expend.
Best of luck.0 -

This sounds vaguely familiar . . . kinda deja vu from earlier today, as a matter of fact.0
