Thought some of the folks here would enjoy this car... presently for sale on eBay UK. Know nothing about this vehicle... just thought it interesting.

Interesting car. 39 style split rear window. 40 type rear wheel openings and tail lights. 40 Hudson outside door handle location. 42-47 door bottoms covering the runningboards. The body shape at the rear is the same as 40, but the upper front door hinges are hidden (the 40's are exposed). Quite a mix... Good looking car.

The one posted looks like a very nice straight vehicle. Also noted the Commodore bumper bar on the front , standard bar on rear, check out the ones on the next post. The boot badge is a lot higher on this one than the Australian models. Tail lights are same as Australian models.

Here is another photo of an Australian 1946 Hudson Sedan, as you say different from the U.S. models, I personally much prefer the U.S. style, that is why I imported the 1942 Brougham.
