Get in the Zone....
I was kind of surprised by this one, but I stopped at Autozone today, before resuming some work on the Hudson this morning, I was able to buy a stop light switch for my 50 hudson. It was actually a stocked item, and if memory serves right it was only like $5.00

These switches are a generic item used on most cars with hydraulic brakes right back to the '30's. They usually fit on the back of the Master cylinder, and have a tapered 1/8" gas thread.
