I was hoping that was just crappy pictures or he may have meant new paint on the truck sitting beside it. If the paint was good and the engine and frame good I think 22.5K would be a deal. But the pictures are so bad its hard to tell.

That's probably true. That big gray splotch on the back: can't tell if it's funky paint or just a bad picture. Probably the latter. Still, better pictures go a long way in selling a car.
