Here's sort of a neat old hybrid. I think that it was a fairly well conceived design. It might be interesting to know more about it's components. What all do you guys recognize?

I was going with a "Bug Eyed Sprite?" I have contacted the seller to see if he knew any information on the car but he does not. It has some of the features of the "Martz" cars so I am going to follow up on the car. Seems that there is some interest in the car?
